Asus, the Taiwanese tech behemoth, will increase up its retail attendance in the nation by arranging up more shops devoted to its ROG (Republic of Gamers) series of gaming devices. The firm has 3 such shops in Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Bhubaneswar. In addition to this, the firm aims to extend the figure to 10 next year. “We have witnessed marvelous achievement with these devoted shops and will arrange up 7 additional shops in cities comprising metros such as Pune, Hyderabad, and Ahmadabad,” Arnold Su, National Business Development Manager for Gaming and PC at Asus, claimed to the media in an interview.

As per a report, the segment of gaming notebook has witnessed 51% development in initial 6 Months of the financial year of 2017–2018. The gaming sector in the country has developed fast over the past 10 Years, principally on the support of growing Internet and smartphone penetration paired with increasing revenue levels in the nations.

As per a CII report, gaming industry of India in 2016 was capitalized at $543.08 Million and is planned to reach $800 Million by the end of 2022. Companies such as Dell and HP have also increased up efforts to add into the growing sector.
