Samsung successfully launched a new design for Galaxy S8 and S8+ that did not failed to impress the users. The new design was one of those features that will give tough competition to iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. Apple failed to impress users with the new design for last three generations.

Facial recognition

This is one of the most important and useful addition to the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+. This extra option for security is dependable and come in handy. Well, Apple seems to be missing one of these features as well.

Gigabit LTE support

Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ is among the initial handsets in the world that has support to Gigabit LTE. This allows your handset a speed of up to 1000 mbps. We failed to see this feature in iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.

Bluetooth

The new Galaxy S8 and S8+ are the first handsets with Bluetooth 5.0. This new version of Bluetooth helps the smartphone to connect to 2 wireless speakers simultaneously. On the other hand, iPhone 7 and 7 Plus runs on Bluetooth 4.2.

Wireless charging

Wireless charging was never a big deal for Samsung. This feature was present in the old Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. But, Apple is the main culprit that is taking so long to add this feature to its smartphone.

New 10nm processor

Even though Apple’s iPhones are best when it comes to processor, the Galaxy S8 and S8+ gives a tough competition in this section. Both of the Samsung’s smartphones are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 long with company’s own Exynos 8895 processor that first of their kind.

Well, seeing these features in Galaxy S8 and S8+, Apple surely must have started to work a lot on its upcoming iPhone.
