Optoma HD27SA Projector Rolled Out in India

Optoma, the audio and video product manufacturer, has rolled out a fresh home cinema projector—Optoma HD27SA. The new projector sports DarbeeVision. The firm has not exposed any data about availability and price of the gadget.

Optoma HD27SA gives 30,000:1 contrast ratio and 3200 lumens. Its Reference Display Mode allows precise color through HDTV REC.709 color space in HDTV programming, Blu-ray movies, photos, and home videos, claimed the company in a conference to the media. The gadget arrives with 8,000 Hours of lamp life and a 10W speaker. It incorporates an image enhancement technology—DARBEE Visual Presence. This tech gives detail in textures, skin tones, and reflective surfaces, says the company further in its statement.

The Optoma HD27SA sports interface of digital media that provided MHL, 2x HDMI, and a powered USB port when it comes to connectivity. Talking on the launch, Assistant Vice President of Optoma APAC, Gordon Wu, claimed, “Optoma HD27SA gains a fine equilibrium between quality and price. With latest Amazing Color technology and Darbee Visual Presence™, HD27SA offers a huge visual improvement in the deal for those who have low budget but are concerned about realism and image clarity. The versatile integrations as well as light-weighted and compact design also accomplishes the requirements for those who have medium to small-sized space for home entertainment.”

On a similar note, previously this year, BenQ in India had rolled out a fresh home entertainment projector. With a mode number of W1600UST, the projector had a price tag of Rs 3,00,000 and is said to permit projection dimensions of almost 100 Inches. BenQ W1600UST arrives with a reflection screen equipped with ambient light, which is claimed to provide vibrant picture quality all over its massive size. It gives huge sized images just inches away from the screen and features full HD resolution (through Ricoh lenses). Installation of the BenQ W1600UST is easy as child’s play. The projector comes with various AV Inputs, HDMI ports, and MHL capability. It arrives with SmartEco Technology of the company with elevated levels of brightness.

Well, for now, let us see if the Optoma HD27SA will sustain in market or not.
