The wearable comes in a modular design and is provided with GPS, Wi-Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth support. The users are enabled to keep a record of their navigation and workout with the assistance of the wearable. The Connected Modular 45 is also equipped with a companion Android app. Apart from the touchscreen abilities, the wearable is offered with a small microphone that allows the user to interact with it through voice commands.

The smartwatch comes with exclusive customization features that are said to facilitate more than 500 style options. Customers can opt for up to 56 diverse versions of the watch, that is, 11 standard models accessible in stores, and an add-on 45 on request. Further, they can also personalize the smartwatch with an array of horns, modules, buckles, and bracelets for numerous stylish design combinations, including almost 30 options for watch dial. The watch module itself can be exchanged for a Heuer 02T Tourbillion Chronograph or an ordinary mechanical watch.

Taking into consideration the hardware specifications of the Tag Heuer Connected Modular 45, it is offered with an AMOLED touchscreen display of 1.39 inch and an internal storage of 4GB.
